Call for Zine Submissions!
Momo Distro is now currently open for zine submissions! YAY!

What I'm Looking For
I'm mainly interested in reading personal zines and craft/d.i.y. zines.

For personal zines I enjoy ones about people's lives that read like they're talking to me or telling me a story about their life, kind of like a diary, but not a diary (as cheesy as that sounds). I really like zines about people's adventures, life experiences or their lives in general.

For craft/d.i.y. zines, any zines about crafts in general (book binding, sewing, knitting, crochet, etc) are ones I'd definitely be interested in carrying. As well as d.i.y. guides, zines based on menstration/women's health, alternative health, etc.

What I'm Not Looking For
Any zines I find offensive will obviously not be considered for distribution, anything sexist, homophobic, racist, age-ist, etc. I am also not interested in poetry or music zines.

Where to Submit Your Zine
If you think I'd be interested in carrying your zine you will need to mail me a copy of your zine (grab my email address from below for my address) and include a note with  your name, email address, mailing address, website address (if applicable), wholesale & retail price. I can only send payment by credit card via Paypal and I am also open to trades as well.

Besides doing this distro I also run my own crafting company and have a full time job. If you don't hear back from me in after 3 weeks (please keep in mind the time it takes for mail to arrive in Canada), feel free to send me an email, but other than that, please be patient!

I'll be updating the website as I mentioned earlier, but here's a shot of the table I set up over the weekend, it was split with my crafts I make for Momo Bee.

This past weekend Momo Zine Distro had a small set up @ The Royal Bison Craft & Art Fair here in Edmonton, Alberta. There was a lot of interest generated in the zines I carried and a number of titles sold out! I will re-stocking and emailing some zinesters about ordering more issues from you soon!

If you have a zine you think I'd be interested in, pop me a comment in this post or send me an email bevurlee@momobee.com. I'm interested mainly in perzines, craft/d.i.y. related zines.
